Our team comprise of dedicated professionals who are committed to ensure that our members always comply with all relevant Indonesian regulations as well as all related standards in the industry.

By doing so, we believe that our members can contribute to protect the environment, safeguard public health, and promote sustainable development while fully comply with all regulation.

The regulatory affair team is well-committed to provide our members with the guidance and support to navigate this complex regulatory landscape, address the regulatory concerns through advocacy and to ensure that they are always in compliance with the latest standards. Objectives
  1. To assist Responsible Care Indonesia (RCI) members understand the revised/new chemical rules and how to comply with them.
  2. To engage and support members on regulatory advocacy and driving continuous improvements to achieve excellence in their Health, Safety, Security and Environmental through Responsible Care core parameter.
Activities or Programs
  1. Quarterly meeting – Review and communicate Revised/ New Chemical Regulations to RCI members
  2. Government engagement by RA team members, i.e. attending meeting with Government, events
  3. Develop position papers
  4. Increase awareness on Indonesia Chemical Regulations
  5. Review and communicate revised and new regulations related to Sustainability e.g. Carbon tax; Carbon foodprint
  6. Contribute and active participation on International Regulatory Activities such as ASEAN Regulatory Cooperation Project (ARCP) and APEC CD
