Approach to apply Responsible Care® is autonomous activities on community commitments or public of the company which could legalized in fabricate and chemical substance handling and who know all the detail of chemical substance. The activities planning and result should be announced to the community in order to get public confidence.

The purpose of Responsible Care® is continuously improvement effort and development from activity that is determine on company responsibility. In another words, the purpose of Responsible Care® is chemical industry concept reflect to the community that chemical industry has responsibility to execute performance improvement continuously especially related with Safety, Health, Environment and Security.

Our Objectives

To engage and support members, i.e. the chemical and petrochemical industry, its supporting affiliates/companies, and its logistics service industry on regulatory compliance to address their concerns, interest, and input through advocacies.

1.

Thru Capacity Building, Award, and Reward programs (RCI Award), to drive continuous improvement in sound chemical management, achieving excellence in environmental-, health-, safety-, and security- performance.

2.

To encourage sustainability through assistance and promotion with members and governmental stakeholders in the development of innovative technologies and other solutions to community challenges.

3.

To engage the chemical industry in the sustainability campaign and circular economy toward the Implementation of Industry Digital Transformation.

4.

To drive, develop, and prepare qualified competent chemical industry practitioners through Responsible Care® initiatives, which means ensuring the creation of qualified Responsible Care® future leaders.

To play an active role in communicating Responsible Care® new initiatives among company members and government key stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Manpower, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and the Ministry of Transportation.

  • Menghargai dan tanggap terrhadap keprihatinan masyarakat mengenai bahan kimia
  • Mengembangkan dan menghasilkan bahan kimia yang dapat dibuat, diangkut, dipakai dan dibuang secara aman.
  • Memprioritaskan aspek kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan dalam perencanaan seluruh produk baik yang ada saat ini dan produk baru serta prosesnya.
