Welcome to the Environmental and Sustainability Affairs (ESA) page of the Responsible Care Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Environmental and Sustainability Affairs, seeks to encourage RCI members to play an active role in creating an environment that does not harmful the health or welfare of employees and the surrounding environment, so that the environment remains protected for the benefit of the present and future generations. Sustainability means meeting our needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. This can be realized through the implementation of Responsible Care\u00ae Code management practices.<\/p>\n

Combining these three ideas is the planning and action we are taking at Responsible Care\u00ae Indonesia to make Indonesia a better place to work and live: safer, greener and more sustainable. This is to support the development of green industry in Indonesia which is in line with government programs.<\/p>\n

Our aim is to engage the chemical industry in facing emerging threats, especially in the Sustainability Sector including the Circular Economy and Digital Transformation through collaboration or assistance, promotion and engagement with relevant stakeholders. This also includes support in solving problems for communities around member manufacturing facilities or locations. In addition, to engage and support members, supporting continuous improvement to achieve excellence in Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) through the core parameters of Responsible Care\u00ae.<\/p>\n

As Director of Environment & Sustainability Affairs of RCI, I strive to utilize my industry expertise earned from my career and RCI, as well as professional know-how from all team members to come up with initiatives that makes things happen.<\/p>\n

  2. Ensure Environmental Performance Parameter-Reports of RCI member<\/li>\n
  3. Training program on how to collect HSE, Environment KPI from Companies. Collect best practices from international partners<\/li>\n
  4. Supporting the implementation of the sustainability program driven by the ESA Committee through promotional activities for RCI members, academics and related stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  5. Conduct Competency Training & Certification for Chemical Industry<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
