Welcome to Capacity-building and performance improvement Page in Responsible Care Indonesia. It is our pleasure together with all of you to initiative for performance improvement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment in the chemical industry and logistic providers in Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Capacity Building and Performance Improvement in Action for members, aligned with Responsible Care\u00ae Indonesia (RCI)\u2019s KPI-Based Workplan for Leadership, focuses on the adoption and implementation of RCI through; 1) Promoting awareness of and knowledge about chemical hazards, 2) Managing risks associated with the manufacture and use of chemicals, and 3) Developing the necessary member infrastructure and capacities for regulatory compliance and voluntary approaches to chemical management.<\/p>\n

RCI contributes to capacity building and improve its members\u2019 performance by providing training, workshop, and verifications towards 7 Codes of Management Practices, which were crafted to assist all members of RCI, to achieve the high standards of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE). RCI believed that the high standard of HSSE will produce efficient and profitable business operations. RCI members are including chemical producers \/ manufacturer companies, and logistics service providers.<\/p>\n

The Capacity Building & Performance Improvement team at Responsible Care Indonesia (RCI) focuses on helping members improve their skills and knowledge through training, sharing best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. We also encourage innovation, manage risks, and support continuous improvement efforts. By working together and measuring our impact, we aim to drive positive change in the chemical industry.<\/p>\n

  1. Quarterly meeting; Review and update on function group activities related to capacity Building and performance improvement.<\/li>\n
  2. Ensuring mutual support: Prepare and combine the agenda for capacity building – training\/workshop from all committees\/function groups.<\/li>\n
  3. Carry out the Capacity Building program for all RCI members and SMEs and organize Indonesia Responsible Care Award program.<\/li>\n
  4. Supporting the implementation of the sustainability program driven by the Functional Group Environment & Sustainability Affairs through promotional activities for RCI members, academics and related stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  5. Supporting the chemical industry members of RCI in campaigns for sustainability and circular economy through capacity building program activities (training and workshops).<\/li>\n
  6. Conduct Competency Training & Certification for Chemical Industry; Conduct roadshow to RCI member companies and government agencies and related stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
